    I did it - I made Pieroggi! Gee they are a lot of work! And I have eaten so many I feel sick now, ha ha! Can't help myself

    Hi lovely ladies,

    My MIL's parents were Polish. Both of her parents had passed away by the time she was 14. She is coming to visit in August, and if any of you have any easy recipes you'd be willing to share, I'd love to surprise her. She was reminiscing the other day on the phone (it was her mum and dad's wedding anniversary).

    Lol, YES. Very labor intensive. And my kitchen....well, lets just say I don't want to go back in there. There is flour from floor to ceiling, ha ha. So yummy though!

    Awesome! I hear you, I had them for dinner Saturday night, lunch on Sunday and then just a bowl of the potato filling on its own later in the arvo....and then two more for dinner last night! I am definitely not eating any today! Haha

    My nanna used to make kluskee soup, a bit like chicken noodle soup with kluskee in it. Best.

    And sauerkraut soup, I forget what we called it...
