I spoke to the doctor and he said if I don't get AF by Monday then he gave me a referral for a blood test. Then we go from there.

Ok so yesterday and Thursday I had watery CM and looking at my chart I should be coming into my fertile window again, but I didn't have a period, I'm still charting temps etc. and I am going for a blood test on Monday. So should I test with OPKs and stuff. And BD like I normally would when I'm in my fertile window. I'm just a bit confused with the skipped AF.

Could it be possible that you are having a longer cycle and are only now coming up to O? As a pp mentioned your period isn't late until 2 weeks after you have reached the O point hence why some people have 0 at day 25 and have 40 day cycles. Maybe your cycle is just longer this month and it's been a slower build up. I would also do a home preg test before getting bloods done. Have you done a test?

Bc you haven't ovulated yet it hasn't caused the cascade of hormones to bring your period on. Women with PCOS who don't ovulate often have cycles lasting months for this reason. Normally you'll get AF 12-16 days after you ovulate.

with the watery cm the last few days here's hoping that I might be ovulating.

i haven't started using the new thermometer I got as I took my temp with them both at the same time and it was 0.2 degrees higher. So once I get AF and start my new chart I will swap to the basal one.

I went and got the blood test done today, get the results this afternoon. I have a dull achy pain on my right side. We BD'd last night. So here's hoping.

Blood test was negitive, which we figured it would be, but it cost nothing to get it done so it was better to have done it to be sure.

CM today is egg white/watery it's kinda in between, I marked it as watery. OPK has a very faint line on it, which is more then what has been on any test I have done previous.
