    Not sure how to upload a picture yet but on our local buy, sell, swap someone has put a single bed into a garden shed (so small that it won't accomodate a double/queen), put up some sarongs as curtains and a rug on the floor and is charging $175 plus bills. I know this is the Sydney housing market but that's pushing it.
