I have a good one.. not me but my sis.. Sold a parm the other day (missing the foot strap but otherwise perfect) for $40 (bargin)

Lady came to pick it up. Checked it over. took it home. realized it was missing foot strap and asked for a refund.

My sis said no/you were aware of that. Lady turned up & THREW THE PRAM OVER HER FENCE..

Charming. I'll think twice before selling online again.

I had something similar a few months ago when I sold my old iPhone 5c, I sent pics of the front n back to the buyer and they were happy with it, n they got a friend to pick it up, n less than 30 mins later the friend called back n asked for a refund as there were a couple of scratches on the back n there was n sim key. I refused as I said you never checked and your friend saw pics of the phone, so he saw the condition of it, so no refunds.

They thought they were getting a brand new phone for $300. Phone was 2 years old and in excellent with no scratches on the screen etc n had the original box etc.

I've seen a few odd ones around but my favourite over priced item would have to be a used city select pram 2012 model for $850 I just bought mine new from baby hunting for $800 and a custom made wedding dress that she paid $5000 for but wanted to resell for $6000 due to sentimental value *facepalm* 😒

Painted/bedazzled skulls are actually quite popular. Never seen a roo one
Before though, mostly cattle and horses. I actually sell ram skulls on eBay. It's amazing what someone will pay for an old bone picked up out of a paddock.

I saw one on my local group last night (just tried to find it again but can't).
It was for a Christmas tree for around $10 with a broken base and a few branches missing. They suggested if you leant it up against a wall no one would notice 😁
