Not where I live! Embrace it though!

I'll bring the jatz and gherkin dip.

Congrats on being a homeowner Harvs.

My tradition for all my friends was to shout the first night's take away pizza in their new house.

You've probably had dinner but in case you've got the munchies for something savoury after all that champagne (can you even buy champagne for $12?) and chocolate I'm here with some margarita (for the kids) and pepperoni pizzas for us grown ups.

I love gherkin dip. Can take the girl out of north Qld but can't take north Qld out of the girl.

I was only being half ironic. It's one of those kirsch things that you can joke about but secretly adore.

I knew it! It's the sort of thing you buy and then eat in one sitting so there was no evidence.

Like Kirsch? I openly love kirsch and gherkin and french onion dip but it has to be Kraft.
    I have standards.

We've had bubbly given to us for the three houses we've bought. Even the owners have us a bottle for our second place which was unusual but lovely. This place was bubbly and a hamper full of foodie bits and pieces.

Champagne, no. Sparkling, yes. I still call all bubbly champagne, never got used to the official change where it wasn't "allowed".

I actually picked up a pretty nice Yellow for $6 the other day. Hardly top shelf but it was being consumed with cake, in bed, in elastic waisted pants and a Coles T-shirt....
