    Default Dairy free products

Been dairy free for two years and never looked back. The more time I'm without it the more I think it's just so unnatural!

Nuttelex for on toast and for cooking.

So Good Almond milk for tea/coffee/cereal ( fresh one in the fridge section)

    Well done and good luck

Dairy is so pushed by the world and health professionals when we can live very easily without it. My eczema also cleared up within 6 months and never came back. Says it all!

I gave up dairy and never had problems with my sinuses/asthma again. It was unreal the change in my health!
