    Hey ladies

Is it the pregnyl injections that give u the false positive? I'll be taking one 2dp4dt and again 5dp4dt.

@rainbow road sorry to hear you didn't have a good transfer experience. Congrats on being PUPO all the same, hope you're ok!
@Hopeful37 I'm with Genea and I recall that they deducted the money really early (a week or so before EPU), this time around with the FET, I called them last week to say af had arrived and they booked me in for my first BT this Friday and said that payment would be due then. They aren't mucking around but I'm with a different clinic of there's so they must do it differently. I've just realised I don't even know how much my FET is. Last time around I got a full fee schedule so I have an idea based on the FET price on that schedule from back in 2013 but that's it. I know they list the fees on the website but the prices on my schedule were less than that so even that wouldn't help. Guess I'll find out soon enough.
That sounds really good @Lovebubs77 two bfps is fantastic!! Congrats again!
@Apples1234 it's funny how different embryos can look. I've never had to rely on embryos thawing so this cycle will be a new experience for me. My clinic uses the quick freeze method too and I'd heard they'd had good results with it.
@neekynoo1992 so you're currently 12dp3dt or 12dp5dt, sorry not sure if you had a 3 or 5 day transfer by you're 12 days passed. Don't get too worried about chemicals but to answer your questions it's pretty much a really early miscarriage where the embryo implanted or started to implant and started releasing hcg to give a positive result initially. It means the blood test results will usually give a low number, which drops away.

Thanks @Hopeful37 I meant to also say, I didn't get an SMS either
@neekynoo1992 some people who have a late blood test also get their period before they get to their blood test date. You've had two tests and no period, everything is looking great!

Ok so FS is happy with lining of 7.6mm so we are go for launch!
She had said transfer would be Friday but she is with students that day so said for me to see one of the other docs. I very nicely asked to be pushed to Saturday so I can have her. Have had the other doc before and I get a better feeling from my one. Plus I've had 3 with her and only one completely bfn .. The other bfn was with other doc. I know he has just as many successes but I'm just ruling out as many what ifs as possible! Also an extra day to push that lining!

Sorry @neekynoo1992 I just realised after reading your last post that it hasn't been 12days yet, seriously have no idea where my brain is these days. I'm sure everything will turn out fine. When are you expecting to hear about the blood test? Good luck!
@woof5105 great news!! That's one step forward, bring on Saturday!

@woof5105 what I am learning from everyone is that you go with what makes you feel comfortable, even if it makes no sense to an outsider. If you needing your own Dr will make you feel better, then push your hardest.

I have been trying to find a way to cope in my first cycle. I tend to obsess, and I am a horrific organiser. None of these traits will work with me over the next month. Being a very big sport fan, I have decided to treat this experience like a test match, or like the Aus Open tennis. Try and be in the moment, take each ball (injection) as it comes. If I win a match (actually get some eggs) then I can re-focus on the next opponent (fertilisation and numbers).

Yes I sound like a mad woman, but as I said, we do what we do to get through it. Ive seen others focus on diet, meditation, acupuncture.. If it helps your mind, its a winner.

And yes I type this watching the cricket..😁
