We were lucky enough to get #1 at age 40 and went back for more last August. At 42 Dr WDA put our 2 good embryos in, saying there was a slim chance even one would take. So of course both did! So now at 43 I've been reluctant to believe that they'd actually stick and that we'd make it past 12 weeks, but here we are at 15 weeks and going strong! Eeek!
I've only just allowed myself to start planning for the onslaught. (DS will've JUST turned 2 when the twins arrive. )
Anyway. ...anyone out there want to share their journey and planning? I've only just started looking into it. Crikey.
Things have been going well so far. I've had near no ms and would hardly know i was pregnant besides getting really tired and having a round belly! I was really hungry in the early days, but now I'm off the prednisone things are back under control 😊
I look fwd to meeting some more twin growing mummies. X
