    Default How do I put my baby up for adoption in Aus

    I'm currently pregnant and due to personal circumstances I need to put my baby up for adoption but I have no idea where or how to start?

    At a guess, I would suggest asking the midwives at the hospital you would be delivering at or your doctor perhaps.

    You look like you are from nsw. Look up the family and community services website. It should be able to point you in the right direction for some advice.

    Ask to speak to the social worker at the hospital where you will deliver. They can help you sort it all out - put you in contact with all the right people etc and then support you through the pregnancy and postnatal period. They are a wealth of knowledge and an amazing support.

    hi there salliek01, im sorry that you have to put your bubs up for adoption, would you be open to open adoption, we are a couple who live in Sydney and can't have children of our own, i would love to have chat to you Jojo

    Ask for a referral to the Social Worker at the hospital you are delivering at, they will have all the information you need.

    You can't arrange private adoptions in Australia jo-anne.36
