    Ta @BlondeinBrisvegas. What a brilliant site. If hcg is only detectable in the urine at 3-4 days post implantation then my day 6 hatching blast must have implanted immediately, somewhere near Johannesburg! My 1st light bfp was at 3.5 days post transfer. So I don't think I've got twins on board just an early implanter.

    Does this sound like a plan...

    Week 4
    Monday: 1st hcg test
    Wednesday: 2nd hcg test
    Thursday: 1st intralipids post bfp
    Friday: 3rd hcg test

    Week 5:
    If there's any indication of twins from the hcg have an ultrasound to check for 2 sacs.

    Week 6:
    Viability scan
    Intralipids (repeat every 2 wks)

    Note:
    This is insane, esp as I have had 2 miscarriages at 10 wks, but with the local private hospital I want to give birth in and to secure the OB I may want you need to contact them as soon as you get your bfp. Insane! Apparently at 6wks it's too late. Double insane!!
    As I had my son the UK I'm just trying to wrap my head around the Oz system, and quickly.

    Is there anything I'm missing?

    Yep...you could be right there about the hatching Blasty sticking within a day. Your theory is entirely possible & plausable😊

    I've heard with some private OB's that you have to get in as early as possible to get a place so can imagine it would be the same in a private hospital too.

    If I think of anything else I'll let you know as will the other Lovelies I'm sure😊 Exciting times Luv!!!

    Hi guys just catching up been awol most of the day i had acupuncture then hubby had this gasto procedure to confirm his cealiac diagnosis so dropped him off at private hospital and walked around with e for 2 hrs then went back to pick him up. He only saw specialist Thursday morning so very quick getting in today. Just goes to show if you have phi $ makes a diff. There was no oop costs all which surprised me esp as he needed a ga on a saturday!

    Hon, I thought that FRER measure from 10 units and Clear Blue Digital from 25 - so if you've POAS really early, then you could definitely be somewhere between 10 & 20 so the FRER would be yes and the CBD still no. Bet it says Pregnant in a day or so!

    I've just made an apt with my regular gp who specializes in women's health/pregnancy. I think I remember she offers 'shared care'. I don't really understand in practical terms what that means yet but I'll go & have a chat with her on Tuesday.

    @Tahli It's not insane Luv. I'd be doing exactly the same if I was in your shoes to make sure I got the doctor/hospital I wanted.

    As soon as I confirmed my BFFP with a BT I'd be ringing to book an appoint!!😁

    I'm honoured that you value my opinion so much Luv, but you don't need my approval to do what you want to do ok??

    The "shared care" model is where your GP in conjunction with the Midwives/OB if you're in the Public system or prob just your OB in the Private system will oversee your pregnancy. As long as you're not classed as being "High Risk" for any reason, you should be able to do it I would imagine Your GP will know for sure all the in's and out's of it

    Yes, PHI is a good thing to have if you can afford to and it's even better when there's no oop costs!!!

    Hoping the acupuncture's done it's thing!! How are you going so far??

    He pulled up fine thanks bib. Hes got his results back afterwards inflammation due to ceoliac which he only realised recently when the gp ran some blood work so off gluten now they sent off biopsies as well which is std.
