    Thanks @BIB.

    Yep, I have several CWA cookbooks on my shelf. Those ladies know what they're doing.

    When DH and I were on the farm and we were much better off financially I didn't work much - just stayed at home and baked and worked the cows when I was needed.

    Good times. We were pretty old fashioned I guess - chooks roaming free, vegie patch full of fresh veg, baking every weekend, and we were isolated on a few acres so we could wander around naked without being seen. It was fab!

    Those were the days.

    LOL, that's one thing we never gave up - eggs. I have runny eggs on toast for breakfast probably 5 days out of 7! And Sundays we have bacon and eggs.

    God. I'm. Hungry.

    Best go weigh myself and see what's happening before I scoff breakfast!

    I just want to find a house big enough to buy for a decent backyard and a veggie garden.

    Honestly, they are so much fun. As I said, we were on a few acres and my chookies had free range of the place. I had 11 hens and 1 rooster (LOVE the crowing in the morning) and I hatched out chicks too. It was so rewarding, and I loved to pick them up and cuddle them They were very friendly, but you have to put the time in to make them that way.

    They would hang around the vegie patch as we weeded and eat the weeds we threw over the fence. As nature intended. And when it was time to replant for the next season, we'd let them in the vegie patch and they'd eat all the scraps, turn the dirt over, poo all over it and voila! Ready for planting again.

    @Blossom74 farmers markets are great.

    If this cycle and the next pgd cycle doesnt work we are still considering de in sa. @Tahli how much was the donor sperm you used? Hubby has severe mfi so thinking if we did that we would split and do half with hubby half with ds - ladies do you reckon that makes sense? That would maximise our chances. Hubby needs a tesa to get the sperm out so i dont think it makes sense to freeze it over there??
    I reckon that makes sense Luv splitting the eggs. My DP needed TESA as well (twice). Both times the FS got enough to freeze an e tra couple of vials "just in case".

    I'd prob get them over there to freeze some extra too if they can get it just so I knew that all bases were covered for any eventuality😊

    @Corbes Looking good Luv!!!😊👍

    @Caesardust So bloody nervewracking waiting for the fert results!!!😐

    Glad the accupuncture has helped😊 I'm sure you're going to receive an excellent report!!!👍

    ETA- We're pretty old school too Luv. DP is a country boy by birth & grew up there.

    He may have had to adapt to living in the city...but he's bought the country with him. The backyard is his patch of paradise with a raised vegie bed & lots of fruit, nut trees in pots as well as all sorts of miscellaneous herbs, flowers & such.

    Got a native bee hive to pollenate everything & a worm farm as well. Will take a photo😊
