@Blossom74 its really tough in limbo land. When i had my 3 months off it felt really wasted at times but then also i tried to really get my dh focus back and my body a little healthier which helped to pass the time. Fx you both find a way

@Blossom74 I am your non cycle buddy. We will have to come up with something exciting for ourselves. I like blondeinbrisvegas' advent calendar. Maybe we can create something where we can wee in something or open a box that tells us how many days till we can do an ivf cycle.

@calypso75 I use OPKs in the down time. Gives me something to wee on and peer at. In fact, I may do one right now.

Thanks everyone. And in an effort to create something exciting for myself I have just called the Police.

    You know why!

I told them that my neghbour had been away over 2 weeks and left the animals with no food. I told them I'd been feeding the animals and was going broke. I told them her dog had busted through the back door and had access to the house for the last 2 weeks (he did this on Day 1) and I told them if she was coming home in the next day or so I was happy to keep feeding them, but she did need to come home.

The police are going to contact her and find out what she's doing. They said "It's not up to you to feed the animals and it might come down to 'a third party stepping in.'

Looks like the shiz is about to hit the fan.

Thanks Calypso. It's nice to have someone to not achieve anything with!

It's been a cr@ppy day all round here. Our toilet backed up so I had to call the real estate, who called a plumber, who came and snaked our drains only to tell me "This can't be fixed. We need to dig up your driveway, your garden, and maybe part of the road...."

My LL is going to be so not happy. It is going to cost a bomb, but we have to be able to go to the toilet! I am now the proud caretaker of a porta-loo, located conveniently in my backyard.

    Seriously.

Can life get much more sh!tty than this?

@Blossom74 its hard when in limbo a couple of years ago we did a crappola cycle when i apparently got ohss even though i only got 5 eggs that didnt fertilize cause they were over fried anyway we couldn't cycle for about 4 mths due to getting better, fs being away etc anyway at the time it sucked but we made use of the time to continue to get healthy, i went hard out at the gym, we enjpyed going out to dinner and eating and drinking things we normally couldnt and used the time to keep on with vitamins etc. At the time it sucked but it was enjoyable my body felt good and we were really ready when we did our next cycle which we were successful on.
