Default Has anyone tried progesterone cream?

So I'm six months in on taking the maximum dose of vitex and my LP is still only 9-10 days since the miscarriage so I'm thinking of giving it up and trying progesterone cream...

Has anyone used it before? What brand worked and how did you get it?

I am on bio identical progesterone cream as I'm in peri menopause and I've found it's helped with so many aspects of my cycle including mood, bleeding etc. I had to go to a gyno who deals with scripted compounded progesterone.
I've used progesterone cream from iherb but they're very very low doses.
