Just wanted to let you know I have two DD's both vitex babies! (As in I didn't conceive for 7 years, took vitex and became pregnant whilst on it!)

So be careful if you take it and don't want to expand your family

Ladies with PMDD, do you tend to fall over a lot during the bad week/s? I'm super clumsy and have had a few serious accidents in the days leading up to AF. It's like I have tunnel vision and am so focussed on whatever I'm obsessing about that I can't coordinate my body. I feel like I'm going crazy!

Yes! I think it's hormonal too affecting muscles and joints.

    Yes. My symptoms are nutty.
Like I have low blood pressure all the time. I get vertigo regularly. Nausea. Panic attacks have been intensifying.
I get really irrational and angry (will never tell DH that. ..lol)
I'm really hoping the pill will help.

    Oh wow this is interesting.

I was thinking of going to see a naturopath and/or doctor as the week leading up to AF I'm terribly grumpy, irrational, anxious and snappy. This has only started happening since I've had dd2.

Would love to hear how you are feeling after taking the above mentioned.

PMDD is really just an undiagnosed hormonal imbalance. Be it oestrogen dominance, progesterone deficiency, issues with cortisol etc etc.
I was diagnosed with PMDD 3 years ago and only just this year found relief through a fabulous naturopath. I use a combination of NLP, NET, bio identical progesterone cream and supplements. I've been heaps better! I had quite severe anxiety and depression in the second part of my cycle.
I find that I'm terribly clumsy about a week before and up to AF arriving.
