I generally do them at night and am conscious about not getting them wet, but I have applied cream within a couple of hours because the alcohol swabs have dried them out so much.
I gotta say though, having reheated and resealed the tips today my wraps are holding up well. I love these renaissance ones soooooo much, I want them on forever 😃

Oh that's strange. Glad to hear they resealed ok. You should try trushine over the top - then they'll last forever! 😂 Do you use a mini heater?

I do use the mini heater. I loosely follow the 123 method, and also stretch and pull.
I want trushine but don't you need to buy a led light for it work? I looked a while ago and it was just so expensive for the complete set up.

You could try a little less heat but it sounds like you're doing everything right! Do you use your nails as tools a lot, I find when I do they tend to lift.

Yes you need a led light for trushine. I was lucky I got my trushine kit half price from hosting a party! Do you have a consultant? You could ask them if they have a kit you could try. I always put trushine over wraps now. Though I didn't have much trouble with lifting, I just like the feel of the gel!

Hi lovely ladies. After seeing this thread you all have inspired me to give them a go. Just wondering, how long does it take you to apply the wraps?

@bc1984 the first time took longer because I was nervous I would ruin it. It takes about 30 minutes now after a few mani's.

Eta. I like doing my nails at night in front of the TV. So I usually just chill and take my time.

Wow. Finally have a lasting set! Up to day four and they are still holding up. This is a record for me! Done heaps of housework with these on, too. They are the thin metallic type, I actually find they seem to stick better.
