    The skull. After having a girl then 2 boys I've found many babies have 'boy' or 'girl' heads. In the 2nd pic I just got that girl vibe as it's more dainty looking.

    I could be totally wrong though

    In the last pic, the nub looks parallel to the spine, and it also looks forked in the first pic. That's why I'm going girl.
