I'm on preg #3 and it is getting worse each time. I'm lucky in that I don't vomit, just gag and have debilitating all day sickness. I'm almost 8 weeks and it started at 4 weeks this time. I've found lemon in warm water is amazing, as well as tic tacs or some other strong tasting lolly (I bought hard lollies and have eaten the lemon ones).
When I was changing nappies, I put some essential oils on a tissue and tucked it into my shirt/bra. I used lavender, but lemon balm or similar would be good too. Anything that distracted me from the smell and I was fine. I did gag into the potty a few times, and my DD thought that was what the potty was for!

The morning sickness for this pregnancy was a lot worse (i.e. gagging when I talked/moved etc) and nappy changing was definitely hard. If DH was home it was his job.

I was on zofran to function. Ventilated room - holding breath and I ate a loooooooot of preggie pops.

    It sucks so bad.

I got them from iherb. I liked the lollies over the actual lollipops.

    Never thought of that..
My Preggo lollies arrived today, after paying $20 for 2 tubs of 20 I can say that the lemon sherries would have done just fine and probably even better job. It's the sourness that helps imo....
