Default Saturday Night "Fluff" Chat Thread

What's going on in your neck of the woods?

As little as possible here tonight. Took DD out to the shops for a bit this afternoon. Came home and made a Jelly Tot fudge with white chocolate, and a Coconut Cream Tim Tam fudge with milk chocolate. Hoping like heck they set, because I need to take them to church for morning tea tomorrow morning.

I'm whacked now, and think I'm getting a "AF headache", so hopefully DH will let me get an early night, and finish DD off before he heads to bed.

Well my due date is today and DH is out on the beers and dd has gone to bed. Feeling a bit lonely and sorry for myself at the moment.

I really need to shower but worry about dd hearing me and wanting to get up, will wait until a little bit later until I know she's fast asleep (I hear her still singing to herself- cute)

I am looking forward to an early bed time though. It's the main reason I enjoy DH going out, that way I can be in bed by 9pm on a sat night without him hassling me to spend time with him lol.

@Catzilla I hope your baking turns out perfect and your headache goes away.
Here I am quietly celebrating a win. 16 week old baby girl hates the pram (and the car) so I bit the bullet and bought a new pram with a reversible seat. DH and I took her out today in her new big girl pram and managed a half hour walk plus lunch in a cafe with her happy in the new pram 😀 hoping it's a sign of good things and easier times to come!

I would send you some, but it would stuff up the computer circuitry.

Life is so much easier when babies love the pram I walked for miles when dd was a newborn. It helped combat my sleep deprivation and the fresh air did both of us so good. Ahh those were the days.

Yay! Maybe she just wanted to look at you, rather than wherever she was going to.

My boys are having a friend each to sleep over, and apart from the arguing and tears for most of the day. it's going ok! They have finally settled down and are watching a movie, and I told them bedtime is 9pm so not long to go!

I am dying for a shower but I will wait until all those boys are asleep. My back aches. DF is hiding from the kids in the shed and I'm slightly jealous.

I am wasting money shopping online. Bought some Younique mascara so I don't have to waste time on falsies any more, and I'm in the process of buying some jamberry wraps and setting up an online party for myself.

Just dyed my hair - eating dinner and watching blues clues. Fun night over here!
