Soooooooo happy we have almost caught up at work. We have been swamped and so behind for so long but finally there is an end to the swampage (although I guess when more people come back to work next week it will pick up again!)

I am up watching cartoons. It is 4.30am. Been up since 4 with a tantrumming toddler. Why is he so cranky? I am tired and sad.

Laughing at DS2 (8). He loves affection but hates giving kisses. I always tease him by puckering up and leaning in for a kiss. I said to him before "you know I'm just playing with you baby, you never have to kiss anybody you don't want to. You do realise though that when you get married that you'll need to kiss your bride?" He looked at me and said "nope, never going to happen" PMSL.

Exhausted after a long day at the tennis. Saw some great matches though and also got within a metre of Roger Federer as he walked out from his practice session *swoon*

Sunburnt. Terribly sunburnt. I worried so much about making sure DS was protected from the sun it would seem I didn't worry enough about myself. Ouch. On the bright side, I had a brilliant day with my parents and DS down in Wollongong. DS had a ball and there really isn't anything better in life than watching your kids truly enjoy themselves.

Laughing at some idiots on Facebook. We have hill in the centre of town that people love to walk up (on the blinking road). Anyhow they have come down to find that people that have park on vacant block of land with the giant for sale and giant private property vehicles will be towed signs, have had their cars towed. The towing sign has where to ring if your car was towed. It has been up for atleast 2 weeks before they started towing cars.
Now they are accusing the real estate of stealing their cars. The owner should fence it. Which they did but people cut the fence to park there.

The block is for sale 600, 000. It looks over the beach and island. Si having cars parked haphazardly there is not a good look.

The post has had over 300 comments.

Losing my shiz attempting to pack away Xmas decorations with a toddler. I hate this chore at the best of times but dd1 is annoying the bejesus out of me. She was cute and it was exciting unpacking, the complete opposite experience from now.
