I am not wanting to get out of bed this morning. It's nice and cool so I'm snuggled under the covers listening to the rain on our tin roof. Hope DS keeps sleepng for a while so I can just lay here and enjoy the peace 😊

Gah I know that's always in the back of my mind that it's gonna get worse before it gets better!

Individually the girls are not so bad but it's like they have conspired together to be completely out of sync- dd1 is an early bird and dd2 is currently a night owl. Plus dd1s routine is shot due to the holidays/outings/sun staying up

Dd1 has taken to calling out for cuddles again twice a night in between the times dd2 wakes for feeds. Plus the past week dd2 has been having an awake period of an hour around 430ish then when she finally settles dd1 wakes for the day a short time later whilst dd2 sleeps till 8am!

Hate daylight savings with a passion

Relieved 🙂 I think we may have finally sorted out the non-stop barking dog next door after 2 years of hell and almost putting our house up for sale. I am praying that peace lasts this time. Just sad that we also seriously upset 6 month old DD by having to move her room a few weeks ago to get her away from the barking. Still waking up 4+ times a night as a result. Bubba doesn't like change 😔

I am exhausted! Mr 18 month old get-about, 24 week super-active belly bub and really frequent tightenings are really taking it out of me...only 2nd day without DP at home! Gonna be a full on year for me! Feeling like no amount of sleep is enough atm.😴 Can anyone relate?! 😉

Writing down every little thing I buy this year. Everything. So far, I am appalled at myself and shocked lol.

Feeling sad and realising yet again that people I considered friends are actually just acquaintances.

I've been on maternity leave since late September and a few close girlfriends (or so I thought) from work promised to visit.... Not one of them has. First they wanted to give me space to spend time with a baby, then the msgs for updates and check ups dried up.

This happened first time around but I moved even closer to them all this time and they swore they would visit - I asked them to and said I would be home and available any time and desperate for company- and I stupidly have let myself be disappointed and hurt again.

These people are not my real friends. I have no friends. Maternity leave makes that so clear. I feel so isolated right now.

    Massive hugs @Little Miss Sunshine
It's a horrible realisation to have.
If it wasn't for 2 of my sister in laws, I'd have had barely any visitors, interest or contact.
