    Or buy some YOGGurt.

    Or eat her VITTTamins.

    Or go to WOOLw'ths.

Or repeat the phrase 'raked seating' more times than is necessary in a life time let alone one sitting.

Or say 'if you see what I mean' instead of 'if you know what I mean' like NO ONE does EVER.

Or undermine me repeatedly with my child.
I have never ever heard the phrase 'raked seating'. I just googled it and can't imagine I'll ever use it or hear it again!

In pain. I've done something to my lower back and I don't know what. I had some slight pain earlier in the year, had a few physio sessions with acupuncture and it resolved. Felt 100% until the other day when my back went in to spasm. It's felt weak (for lack of a better word) since then and today and work it went into spasm again. I was sitting on the loo reaching for the toilet paper and I felt something "give" and my back just seized up. It's kind of ok when I have drugs on board (nurofen and panadeine) and I've had heat on it ever since, but I'm feeling like I can't function like a normal human being. Sitting, standing, bending, twisting and basically moving in general starts the whole spasm thing all over again. No idea what I've done to it. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary recently that would hurt it.

Not quite the same but I had back pain/spasms on my middle back. Trip to physio for ultrasound/tens/massage for the first trip. On a later trip (had more pain/spasms a few months later) we discovered had an issue with alignment in my pelvis. Fixed that and more US/tens/massage and since then I have been fine. Mine prob came up due to carrying baby/toddler. I was doing absolutely nothing on the first onset.

So, I understand your pain. Hope you find relief. Back pain is the worst.

Psyching myself up to go and catch one of the cats so I can take him to the vet. Mum is making me take him because she's mean. He needs his tail clippered. He's going to hate me so much.

I agree, we do what we can as parents in a way that works for us, every circumstance is different and to label choices is just wrong. I did and still do my utmost best given MY circumstances and to be inferred that I'm cruel or negligent completely gets my blood boiling.
