Feeling like a ss fool. Drove in the driveway and saw parcel in the letterbox and got all excited. Even got the kids to take a photo of me opening it. Blow me down it was the silly Telstra TV thingy.

My advice?...Start planning your next holiday! I am working on Mum to go back to Bangkok next year...I'll be paying my way next time.

2 weeks is generally how long it takes me to get over my post-holiday blues. By which time I have eventually faced all the washing (mostly the kids' washing), and unpacked my suitcase!!

    Cheer up, sweetie

If anyone deserves a holiday it's most certainly you hon, and what incredibly sweet. loving parents you have. Thailand's beautiful, such a great getaway!

Thank you, it's a funny feeling isn't it, I was doing the mountains and mountains of washing we all had and couldn't believe how quick I slipped back into groundhog day mode, feeling very flat about it all! I like your tip though, and I am going to do just that, start thinking (dreaming) of my next holiday. xx

sorry to keep you waiting! They don't deliver to my house, so I have to wait for the postie to deliver the card, then head into town to the post office. I was busy this morning investigating my d1ckhead neighbours yard- he f**ked around with taps he shouldn't have touched on Sunday and cut off our water supply.
We are tryyyyying to make our yard look nicer, so not being able to water is obviously a huge pita. There is history between this neighbour couple and us, so we had to wait for them both to go to work before we even went over. (The valves right in the very front of his yard are for like 4 or 5 houses water supply. They happen to be within his boundary but he has no more rights over them than we do, so we weren't doing anything wrong, but we just didn't want to get into a confrontation!) aaaaaand then we decided to pull out a shrub and a few other odd jobs.
All that just to say, sorry I was slow in collecting your amazing gift!
