    Default Optifast or Tony Fergusan

I need to go on a low calorie mostly liquid diet before my sleeving surgery and 2 of the shake brands my Dr recommends is optifast or Tony Fergusan I have never tried either so don't know which to have. Has anyone had either or both and which would you recommend?

I use Isagenix it is far superior to the other two! Loads more nutrition and no added nasty stuff. I sell it now after using it for two years as well, so can send you some info!

    Superior in what way?

as far as I know, isagenix is far more expensive than optifast and you don't have to try and sell optifast.

I would not consider anything else than what your doctor has recommended. There's a reason they recommend those products

Maybe get a sample of both see which one you like best? Also look at the price of them too. I haven't had either but wanted to wish you all the best for the op!

My dietician recommended optifast - but word to the wise - don't try the soup!
