Bahahahaha! Sounds like something my hubby would do. Apparently meals don't need to be balanced. Oh dear. I hope you enjoy your potato as much as you can!

I have a love / hate relationship with the Optus ad where the Olympian calls her Aunty to let her know she made the Olympic team. It makes me feel so squishy, but it's so squishy that it makes me cry not just tears in my eyes but tears rolling down my face. Twice yesterday and once today - I'm still not desensitized

dear holiday maker in a house nearby somewhere - go away & take your crap music that I don't want to hear with you (& yes the fact that I am sitting here in irrational tears over this probably has more to do with not sleeping since Tuesday & having left 2 urgent messages for my recovery clinician to call me & still waiting - particularly bad when I missed an appointment with her yesterday without letting her know)

Maybe go for a walk. Two birds one stone. Away from crap music and perhaps clear your head a bit.

I would if I could (though it wouldn't escape the crap music since it blares all through the neighbourhood) but unfortunately DHS are due here sometime between 2-4 so am stuck at home

So far my toddler has woken up way earlier than normal (must have known it's Sunday and out only day to rest), refused to go downstairs with his dad without me and stolen my breakfast. Lucky he's cute.

We finally got the carpet laid in our new master bedroom today. Looks great. Except that the guy used a different trim for doorway than what was used on the other 2 bedrooms. Arghhhhhhhh!!!!! My eye is twitching just thinking about it. It's totally not worth calling them out to come replace it though, so I'll just have to live with it...
