I saw ads for Millers before Mothers Day and had the thought of 'the clothes don't look bad'.

I am ashamed. I blame new baby hormones. Obviously I was looking at the tv through a veil of tears, exhaustion and gooey baby love.

Mind you I put up up his god awful facial hair for almost a year even though he knew I hated it - he only shaved it when dd1 told him to
My hair was cut quite short when I was a kid (not my choice) and my DP saw a pic of me once and said "you were a cute little fellow"

When I used to shop there I must admit I was probably the youngest by about 40years.

I need more excitement in my life...pretty sad when you look forward to Dr Phil.

My kids just got home from their father's. DD1 is distraught as one of her fish is looking a bit worse for wear...it's destined for the big fishbowl in the sky I think. When DD1 is ready, it might be time for the royal flush!

These replies, regarding fashion houses/ brands. ?? Can someone give me the order of " good taste" or whatever. I don't have a Rivers store near, but I do have a couple of pairs of shoes from that store. Is there some sort of pecking order. ? light hearted of course. marie.

I just picked up DS2 from the gym crèche where he was happily playing with a hanging lion toy - exactly like his favourite one at home! Only I have now realised that one is missing - and I most likely had it attached to the pram - so that was probably our lion, only now it's become property of the gym crèche . No way of proving it as I didn't name it. But sad for my little man as it was his favourite toy!
