About 3/4 (or a bit more) of a carton of sour cream
1 teaspoon (or more depending on your preference) of curry powder

Mix together in an oven proof dish. Maybe chuck in some grated cheese in if you want. I don't, but my step dad does.

Add broccoli florets (I usually get almost an entire medium head of broccoli in), and the meat from a bbq chook (I usually just buy one and put all but the breast meat in. But have done it before with a roast chook we've done ourselves. But it costs the same and I would rather make sweets).

Give it a stir, make sure the broccoli and chicken is coated. Smooth down the top. Cover with cheese. Cook on 180 until heated through and cheese is golden. Serve with rice.
    Yum thank you!

@Hasselhoff, your post must have come up while I was typing (I got distracted half way through). Recipe has been posted.
@Mod-Nomsie, you are most welcome. Make sure it's the campbells soup. No other one will do!

Bahahaha! DS still picks the broccoli out - at the ripe old age of 18 months!

OMG there's still 2.5 hours (at least) til DH gets home. I'm tired of changing DS's clothes. And his nappies. And my clothes. And cleaning the floor. And of having a toddler attached to my b00b. And just tired from lack of sleep. Judging by the sounds DS's stomach is making, there will be no respite for a while.

And why did I decide to buy a white rug?

I have learned today how much I appreciate my regular grade 2, 1 and Prep students after spending a day in the upper school.

The older grades are obnoxious, rude, won't listen and are generally difficult.

Teachers already have enough to deal with and after today, teachers in the upper grades deserve a medal!

Give me little kids any day
