Ugh my SIL does the same thing but then acts like she's going to die when the kids are sick and coughing or sneezing anywhere in the vicinity of her? Wtf?!

This happened to me last week! So sore I couldn't even sleep.
Ended up going to the Dr and got ear drops and antibiotics. Dr suggested once it clears up to use earplugs and swim cap.
    Hope yours clears up soon.

today my gas was disconnected. I'll have the money tomorrow to pay the minimum amount my energy company want to reconnect it but tonight, for the first time in ages I feel like actually eating something - I want mashed potato but I have no way of cooking it. By the time I have gas tomorrow I'm betting that I will no longer want food of any description

I didn't think they actually disconnected the gas.
I know when someone moves in or out they just read the meter and never physically disconnect it

Is the handle pointing horizontal or vertical? It needs to be vertical to be on. Wonder if they just turned the handle off
