Default Countdown to Christmas Weight Loss Challenge

I sneaky weighed again this morning as Mon is my day and I'm now 79.9kg!!!! That counts as in the 70s right?? That means I've lost 2.7kg so far this week. I've been eating more than I usually do but much much healthier. It's crazy how that works hey?? Hope you all have a great successful weekend. I'm determined to stay in the 70s for my official weigh in.

    (jan 15): 95kg
    Starting challenge weight: 82.1
    CW: 78.7
    GW: 73
    UGW: 65

Down a kg from last week by the looks of it. Only 100g down from Wednesday (12wbt weigh in) though. I'm hoping it goes down a bit on Wed. My food has been pretty decent and I've exercised 5 days (3xrunning sessions, 1x strength training at home, 1 core at home and 1 body pump class).

Ugggghhhh, stress-binged on a 160g family bag of crispy m&ms after my salmon and salad dinner... Blerggghhh feel so **** now 😔.

Ah well- onwards and upwards and back to planned meals. It's very slow going with limited movement as exercise was my go-to prior to getting injured. Really could have done with a run rather than the chocolate binge tonight...

Have started doing "snack plates" for lunch - today's was rice crackers with brie, hommus, carrot sticks and turkey slices. The fact that it takes me while to munch through all the food seems to keep me pretty full, and it's fairly low in calories (today's came to the grand total of 350).
    Awesome work!!!

Two fast days in a row has seen me down to 72.0!! Happy days!

I did the exact same thing last night, chopped up a heap of veggies and made some hommus for my lunch today.

Feel like I'm in the zone finally !

    Last week - 83.5kg.

    This week - 82.7kg.

That's despite too much icecream and no exercise during the week.
