    100g down from last Monday's weight. Will be interested to see how I go Wednesday as my eating has been shocking the second half of the week - so much bread!! I had weighed 79.1 last Wednesday so I will be so cranky with myself if I am not that or lower! Time to get back on track.

    i have missed more days at the gym this week, i hope it wont make too much of a difference. i have been eating pretty well, but no exercise!!. weigh tomorrow, i will be surprised if there is any loss. marie.

    I know I shouldn't weigh myself more than once a week but the scales were 80.8kg this morning. Hopefully that will mean a good loss come Monday

    I'm stoked I'm still on track... It's only been 4 days but usually by now I'm ready to quit... I feel like I'm in the zone. It's all about being in the right headspace hey??

    Default Countdown to Christmas Weight Loss Challenge

    Definitely need to be in the zone. It's funny how one little slip up and stuff up your mind.

    Today I had a terrible day eating wise. My daughter had multicultural day at her school today. Over 40 different nationalities and everyone brought a plate.

    I must say the best food I tried was the Bangladeshi mince and cheese wrapped in flour and crumbed, then deep fried but so yum!

    I enjoyed my "day off" and my motivation for tomorrow is 3 people telling me today that I've lost a lot of weight! Still got more I need to lose

    Great to see the group is still losing I slipped into a pair of skinny jeans today that at the beginning of my weight loss journey was probably 3 inches from even doing up. The scales have slowed right down as they do as you get smaller but I can feel in my clothes I'm still losing fat. I also had a bad day today, but I think the reason I've stayed on the wagon so long is I now accept I'm human, and make sure I have a really good day tomorrow. Before I would beat myself up and revert to emotional binge eating.

    70.1kg and yep, my head just isn't in it all. I find harvest such a hard time of year and have a clinic appointment on Monday and so anxious about it and i just want to eat the potatoes. Any kind of potato or bread or potato bread.
    I feel like I'm never going to shift these last two kilos and tbh, 68 isn't even my ultimate goal.

    I'm not loosing kg still...I'm not sure if its just cause I'm working out regularly and putting on muscle instead. Its kinda disheartening 😑
