I'd love to join providing I'm not UTD yet (I'll know in the next 24 hrs but unlikely). I lost 30kgs a couple of months back by doing Optislim and whilst I have been able to maintain that for the most part I did put a few kgs back on during the IVF process. DP are same sex couple so you could imagine my shock when I went from 11 mature eggs to one embryo. Now having done more research I think I damaged the eggs they collected because I was on such low calories for the months leading up to it (not for the month before though). I shouldn't have been so stupid and should have researched that eggs have a 90 cycle but anyway live and learn! Anyway the reason I mentioned that is because now I want to continue to lose weight but not so drastically because I couldn't bare to hurt my eggs again. Soooo count me in! I would prefer not to put an exact number to my weight but I'm something 7 at the moment and would like to get to the next 0 if that makes sense. So...

    Current weight is 7
    Goal is 0

    7 kgs to go!!!! Haha

hi everyone, im happy with another 500g loss this week. I have made it to the gym five days, so the exercise really helps. I am following a slightly changed menu plan, and I seem to have a pretty good routine now. good work everyone. marie.

Got a weigh in this week - 65.7kg so still heading in the right direction!

It's coming up to the end of week 5 of the IQS program - 3 weeks to go - hopefully I can drop another 1-2 kg over the next few weeks 😀

Default Countdown to Christmas Weight Loss Challenge

Is it too late for me to join?? I lost 25kg about 4 years ago... Maintained it for three years and was a comfortable size 10. I've now gained 15kg in the last year and I'm back into size 14/16. I'm so disappointed in myself. I've started doing WW on my own today. I've got all the books etc. already.

    The more the merrier!

I am just stuck on fluctuating between 70 and 70.5kg. It feels like I'm never going to shift these last two bloomin' kilos!
