I was doing Monday weigh ins but switched to Friday's.
I'm feeling good - my clothes feel looser which is nice.
I've been eating loads of veggies because I can't go too heavy on the protein as it puts unnecessary stress on my new kidney.

Stir fried veggies with chillies, garlic, ginger and soy which I'll usually have with some grilled chicken or fish or a small steak.
