    Got my 30 minute walk in everyday this week.
    Averaging 11,000+ steps a day and eating well, even managing a few salty treats.
    Doctors orders as my BP can be on the low side
    Scales not showing much but that's not bothering me as my clothes are feeling different already

    I haven't managed to weigh myself for ages but I'm coming up to the end of Week 3 of the I quit Sugar 8wk program. I'm really enjoying it (except for the Paleo Beetroot & rocket risotto - blerg). Anyway, I'm feeling better & I hope it's reflected on the scales :-)

    SW: 74kg (12 wks ago ish)
    Last weight in: 69kg (3 weeks ago)

    im happy I have only gained .1 kgs. 72.5 to 72.6. I have been away at a work conference, and missed the whole week at the gym. so to have only that small a gain, is pretty good. feels good to be back at the gym. never would have thought I would say that. marie

    I've been exercising and eating well, drinking lots of water and was happy to see some movement on the scales.

    Went on my 4km walk last night after 2 days off. Feel so much better when I work out. Still sitting on 65kg but I'm definitely toning up so I guess the muscle I'm gaining is slowing the numbers on the scales. I'm OK with that!!
    Size 10 jeans fitting perfectly now 😊

    I'm walking everywhere at the moment and doing 1hr of Pilates each day.

    Feeling really good for it and my eating is pretty much on track.

    When do you all weigh in for the challenge? Any particular day?

    I have been weighing in on a Wednesday (only as that's when I'm normally at my parents and they have scale). If I don't visit them then I just don't weigh in that week.
