For the junk food question...... I've been eating "Veggie Chips" as my snacks, they're super delicious and healthy!

I also have a chocolate protein powder shake most days - helps get my protein requirements and with minimal sugar, gives me that chocolate hit that I like!

I was lazy the other night and had a frozen dinner with a kitkat for dinner and felt absolutely sh!t, so it's nice to know that my healthy eating has had an impact on my body.
What veggie chips do you have? Do you make them?

I'm in again. I'm 68kg and wanting to get to 58 by Xmas.

I've hit a frustrating point in my weight loss journey where I can't just to get below 68. I've changed my weights and gym, my calories, my food, when I eat. I'm stuck here, it's the Burmuda Triangle of weight loss

yeah I've had it checked 3 times in 2 years for other things and it's fine. No T2, low cholesterol, I'm in very good health.

    I'm in again!

    SW 66kg
    CW 59.8kg

I'm lower than my pre-baby weight, I'm down a dress size and, aside from current chest infection, feeling good about myself and how I look.

I don't miss sugar. I have the occasional treat but I'm loving healthier eating.

My next goal is not weight related (although a couple more kgs would be OK) but exercise related to get more muscle tone. I want to do one yoga session a week and two weight/flexibility sessions (30 minutes max. each).
