    71.6 this morning. That's 2.5kg down so far. I am so stoked!!

    Had two parties on today, christening and engagement- I had one glass of wine and one small piece of cake, but otherwise stuck to the salads and crudités the entire day. Don't expect to be in negative calorie mode exactly, but hopefully didn't inflict too much damage either. Yaaaaay, this is such a big deal for me haha..

    I have had 5 workouts plus a pilates class, this week, so I was expecting some weight loss. 100gm gain, im not going to get too worried about it. We have started the silly season, with family catch ups, and what not, so I will just be in control of the food, and exercise as much as I can.

    Must be the week for it. I got the same in Tuesday. Christmas parties on the weekend, so it might have been a fleeting number.

    I tried my bridesmaid dress on for my sister's wedding in March - it zips up!! A month ago it didn't!! I still want to lose about 7kg before her wedding so I'll have to get it altered, but so happy it fits and looks good! I'm definitely going to keep up body pump classes, my arms, shoulders and back are looking so much better!

    Hi All I have been very slack lately but Today I am going to kick my butt into gear to lose this weight once and for all . This well relive the stress on my back and legs and mean I will not need to have further surgery. I have 1.9kg I need to loose before Xmas but overall I would like to loose another 15 kg.

    I know it will be a slow task but I need to do what little exercise I can to make it happen.

    Well done to all of you who have lost weight, keep up the good work.

    Well I'm still sitting at 64kg so no loss in kg but can definitely see I'm toning up. I'm not stressing anymore. I'm in a healthy weight range for my height, ideally I'd like to loose another few kilos and get down to 60kg but meh. My main focus is staying healthy 😊 Congrats to all those who have lost weight since my last post xxx

    I'm finding my 30 minute walk a challenge to fit in every day.
    Life is hectic and DH is working 6 days now right up until his holidays.

    I've just realised I haven't checked in here in 5 weeks!

    The weight is coming off and I have knees and leg shape again, but I'm no where near toned.
    I'll tackle that when DD is weaned and I can escape to a gym a few nights a week

    im sitting around 71 / 72 kgs, I think it is the Christmas rush with parties, and other outings, that make the meals a bit hit and miss. I have been at the gym as often as I can manage, so im sure I will be back on target quickly. marie.
