@Charlie74 at worst if you start the pred on cd1 you will prob be able to stop it again 2.5 weeks later. Not too bad really.

I've always started Crinone after EPU too so not sure what she's on about there??

Just don't want you stressing out @Caesardust Luv which is why I suggested what I did to try to find a compromise😊

Lol that's what my DP says when I try to ask him for advice. He gets that scared rabbit face then after I talk for a few more minutes trying to explain it, he gets the blank face. No point there, straight to BH it is !

@JulieMalooley Yeah but they're the 2 doctors that don't believe in immune issues aren't they??

I don't know Charlotte so don't know what her stance is. I'm not meaning to stress you out Luv..
just concerned because your dose is still so small particularly in light of the other Girls with known immune issues that have theirs increased on a BFP unless they were on a big dose to begin with as well as the fact your levels are still the same. At least they haven't increased so that's a good thing.

At the end of the day...all is going well so everything you're doing is obviously enough I suppose😊

fwiw the cycle I used crinone I started it 2 days after EPU as per nurses instructions. ie EPU was morning of 24/07, I started crinone (morning+night - 12 hours apart) on 26/07. I just used up the whole 2 boxes they gave me (which matched the end date they told me). I was testing (poas) negative the whole time. af arrived 2 days after I stopped

@BlondeinBrisvegas i had a 3dt on the 26th of October but it was a 4cell embie so hopefully slow and steady. Not sure what implantation cramps feel like really thats why i was asking @JulieMalooley if she felt anything. Ive had like a contracting tugging since about 3 hrs post transfer but it could just be gas haha as it was certainly to early for implantation then....nothing sharp or painful. Hoping to feel something in the next 24 to 48 hrs i hope. I am day 5 now. My BT isnt till 17dpo on 9/11. But if im brave ill poas before then.

Hi all - I'm hoping for some advice. My egg pick up is Fri morning and I go the ovidrel trigger shot tonight.

i had a blood test this morning and my estrogen level is about 13,000. My estimated egg number is 14 or 15 ( but last cycle it was this too and then there were 19 collected).

I am really worried about OHSS now. I've decided not to change my trigger after talking to the FS as other than feeling a bit bloated I don't have any other symptoms from the cycle.

Does anyone have any tips on things to do to try and minimise the possibility of OHSS? The instructions I got just say drink a lot of fluids ( which sounds hard if you were already feeling bloated).

With my Chem on Cycle 1 I felt a pulling/tugging sensation around 8/9dpo or 3/4dpt5dt.

On my last Cycle I felt very vague cramps start up at 7/8/9dpo (4/5/6dpt3dt) but chalked them up to the Pregnyl, Crinone & Pessaries.

At 10dpo (7dpt3dt) I had really strong cramps that were identical to AF. I debated about taking a Panadol but they were just bearable enough. I thought AF was going to arrive but knew it was far too soon as I have a 13/14 day Leutal Phase but being IVF I knew anything was possible even if it had never happened before.

The cramps continued off & on for the next couple of days but had gone back to feeling vague & barely there. On the night of 13dpo (10dpt3dt) when AF was due (or the next day) I had a breakthrough bleed that was best described as light pink staining on the toilet paper as opposed to a bleed as such. I assumed it was the start of AF but when she hadn't arrived the next morning (Xmas day)I POAS to put me out of my misery and the rest is history.

    Hope this helps Luv😊

I've never had it, but have heard that lots of fluid and a high protein diet can help ohss symptoms

@Green lady Eating lots of protein & drinking Sustagen type drinks & sports drinks might help ward it off.

It happens in the days after EPU or you can have a late onset of it with a BFP like I did😦

    Good Luck Luv!!😊

P.S....Be mindful of the symptoms just in casexo
