    Good morning lovelies,

Quick question before I head off for my boat-load of blood tests this morning.

Is it ok (ie: Not illegal!) to write your own name down on the order form so that you receive a copy of the results for yourself?

Ta! Have a great day all,

    Blossom.

    Good morning ladies

@BlondeinBrisvegas how are you feeling today?

Good luck @greenlady with your epu? Which day is it?

Afm i get to poas for at least the next two days to get rid of trigger. I can't tell you how exciting it is to see a 2nd line even though its trigger. Pathetic i know but on my 6th cycle i just want this one to be my last. Fx and baby dust to all.

@infinity888 I'm getting there thanks Luv

Ok...so the Trigger is still in there hey?? it'll be gone by the end of the week

@Blossom74 I don't know if it's "illegal" as such, but I do it and tick the forms "urgent" too if I want the results in a hurry!!!

Oh fruck it! I just lost a massive post. Don't you just hate that?!

Thanks for the advice re the BT. I did end up putting my name in the "Copy To" box and they didn't question me on it so all is well I guess

@Infinity, I reckon you will have to test out that Ovidrel until the line is gone. I had my BFP 6dp5dt and it must have been true as every line thereafter got darker. But I do know of some women who got a false+ from the Ovidrel 10 days after taking it though. I guess it's just because we all metabolise differently. Anyway, my point is (yes, I'm getting there!) that if you test today, and then skip a few days and re-test, you won't know for sure if it's genuine or if it's still the O hanging around in your system. Personally I would keep testing til I saw that line fade out.

I really hope this is your take home baby @Infinity. You have certainly done the hard yards and you deserve your reward.

    Blossom

So, a couple of things on completely unrelated topics....

First up, I'm going away on business again tomorrow, so after tonight you probably won't hear from me again until Thursday evening (Cue: Collective applause.) Unless of course I commandeer my Dad's clunky old laptop, that is (Cue: Collective moan.) I'll see how I go.

Also, I'd like to lodge an official complaint (again) about my weight. I am really upset with it. Really, really upset.

I just don't know where/how to start fixing the problem. I should, being an ex-WW poster child, but I just have NO willpower at the moment. That, coupled with my poor genetics, food-oriented european background, and the fact that since I don't drink or smoke I use food as an emotional crutch, and I just can't see a way forward with it.

Truth be told, I really need to lose a good 10kgs. Preferably by next week. All up though, to get anywhere close to being classed as 'normal,' I reckon I'm now looking at needing to lose around 15kgs. To make matters worse, the bl@@dy husband keeps hinting at me to lose weight, because he can see me getting bigger, and it just makes me want to say 'fruck you' and eat more cake. I just feel lost with it.

Do any of you have this struggle?

    Blossom

@Blossom74 - have you tried the 5 plus 2 diet - I sort of unofficially do it - basically eat not much at least 2 days a week (mainly protein low carb) and then eat normally the rest of the week. I have to admit though I only drink water or soda water no drinks with any calories and don't have anything sweet during the week - only at weekends.

All - had another scan today. Expected pick up is 14. Had 11 this morning measuring 17 or 18mm. Estrogen was 8500 which is getting up there but same as last time for me. Lining was 8.8 which I'd don't think is that good but not having a fresh transfer anyway so I guess it doesn't matter for this cycle. So egg pick up for Friday has been booked. This part makes me nervous - that I will drive over a bump in the road and my eggs will fall out before pick up ( I know that can't really happen but I still think about it).

Hugs @Blossom74 losing weight can be hard. Im happy with where i am now but could lose another 5kg. I find tracking good for me my fitness pal is free and easy to use. I find being organised is key as long as i have fruit and healthy things at work im all good. I make a healthy brown rice salad on sunday which i have for work i can post you recipe if you want. I have a fitbit which monitors my steps which helps.

@greenlady great news. Wow great number of follies you must be feeling it. Are you doing freeze all or pgd testing sorry i must have missed it

@Blossom yes my plan is to poas everyday to get rid of trigger.... then when i get a bfp i will know its the real thing. Fx anyway.

As for weight issue firstly you are grieving so im not surprised you have no motivation.
2nd its tough to lose kgs at any time for me. I find high protein low carb low sugar easiest for me to stick to. I even have an opti fast shake with me just in case as i have zero time some days. Mostly just eat healthy most days a week and if i need something naughty i eat a teaspoon of nutella yep i know but it gives me my fix without breaking it completely. Be kind to yourself you will get back on the horse when your ready. Xx
