@midnite01 not sure if you haved grilled restaurants near you but they do great gluten free stuff. Awsome gluten free chips etc. No chance of cross contamination as they only do gluten free. In qld anyway. Its really tough to live gluten free. A friend has to and it really restricts where she can go. But she loves grilled

I hope you have a better day tomorrow Blossom74. good on you for taking care of the animals. I'm sure the dog will eat the food you left him.

I guess it'll take some adjustment for your hubby, midnite01. till he gets used to which foods he can eat. I hope it improves his health

It would take some getting used to i would think. The other thing my friend liked was rainbow paddlepops as alot of icecream even has gluten in it apparently. Anyway other than gluten-free pasta and cream cheese in a jar to add to it thats about all i can remember. I'm sure he wants a better variety than that though haha fx its not to hard.

We eat mostly unprocess foods so meat and vegies or salads shouldnt be a prob just need to switch over to gf breadcrunbs and flour and other baking ingred. I make my own pasta sauces or meatballs so that is ok. Hes most gutted about milo not being gf.

    Default some advice please

    Hi All,

I have been stalking for a little while whilst some decisions are made. I have my lap and hysteroscopy booked in the first week of Nov and the surgeon suggested that I have the Minera inserted for 3 months due to the endo issues I have. I went to see the infamous Wazza and he suggested getting the lap etc first and then decide if we give OEs a go or then go straight to DE.

Due to my age I am not sure if I should go with what the surgeon said. I live in WA so using someone in Perth so it's a bit cheaper than going over to QLD.

So my question is has anyone else been told to try Minera for endo and then give it a few months and then if you are ovulating then IVF OE may be possible. My worry is my age and I thought DE would be the only option anyway and I am not sure I wanna bother with another few months before I start to make some decisions.

    Hope this makes sense?

    Tegs

    ps sorry if too long

@midnite01 also can you come live with me as my chef that kind of menu sounds great. Lol with 2 shift workers in my house we are lucky to cook anything without using a jar of some kind of sauce. We do eat alot of stirfrys though yum yum
