@Infinity, today is YOUR DAY love! Did you manage to get some sleep last night? And what time is your appointment?

I woke up during the night and thought about you. I am really that everything is ok and your fat follies are still sitting there, ready to have beautiful eggs taken from them today.

Please pop on once you've recovered and let us know how you got on. The suspense is darn near killing me so I can only imagine the sort of night you had!

Good luck for the whole thing too. I hope it goes smoothly and painlessly and it's over in a flash for you. Oh, and afterwards, have a glass of wine. Wine makes everything better

@Greenlady, a big day for you today too. Sending you lots of good luck and positive vibes for your scan. Please pop on and let us know how you got on. for you today.

@Corbes, good luck at your appointment. I really hope you find a specialist who is a good fit for you. Make sure you take a notepad with all your questions on it, so you can write down the answers as you go. If I relied on memory alone I'd come out with nothing, lol.

    Default IVF over 40 #19

    Good luck today @infinity888 , I hope it's successful ❤️

Sorry @Bongley , this ivf thing sux sometimes. Still hoping for some lines for you, but if it's no good, a big chat with your FS about why the good embys aren't implanting is the way to go. Hopefully he will have some ideas. Thinking of you x

Hope your appointment goes well @Corbes , ask plenty of questions 😊

    Hi to all 😊😊

Thanks gals. Yes, I will be speaking to my FS next week and if it's not the way I (and my partner) think we should go I'll be moving to another FS, I figure that won't necessarily cost too much more (anyone moved frosties from clinic to clinic before?). In the past my eggs have been obviously awful so this is new ground for me.
@Corbes why is DH not DTD with you???

@Corbes, sorry to hear you and DH are butting heads (and not other body parts!) Any idea what his issue is? Did he say anything during your 'discussion?' I really feel for you - if there is a chance you can conceive naturally then I'd be wanting to go at it too.

I hope the two of you can sort it out, but in the mean time, yes - go to your appointment and get as much information as you can. Men are strange creatures and they have weird thoughts going through their heads compared to us. I'm sure it's nothing too serious, and he'll be on board again soon

@Bongley, do you have any thoughts on how you would like to proceed from here?

I've never thought about moving frozen embies from clinic to clinic but I presume there must be a way. I'd be very interested to hear what sort of costs are involved....

@Blossom74 I'll go see a few other docs at genea in sydney first, see what they say, that would keep things simple. Get a couple of different opinions.
