    @Chiefsgirl just trying to find a long shot. Just wondering if increasing prednisone could decrease estrogen levels?

    Anyone with immune issues know ? I know im probably star gazing but the scan today just doesnt match my bt and i increased pred 2 days ago so just maybe thats the cause of the decrease in estrogen?

    I wouldn't think the Prednisone would have that kind of effect Luv. I know it didn't for me when I was stimming. I'm just wondering if your LH was tested as well?? Surely if that hasn't surged then you wouldn't have ovulated??

    I am far from being an expert on these things, but I have a book here which says that on Cycle Day 14-16 Estrogen drops off sharply and progesterone starts to rise, signalling ovulation is about to occur.

    @Infinity, I am just wondering if this drop might be 'normal' for you, as you would probably be naturally leading up to ovulation about now anyway?

    I wouldn't be losing hope just yet. The book also says that you get a second, small rise of Estrogen on Cycle Day 17-25 so.....like I said...it ain't over till the fat lady sings.
