I hate it when I read a thread that is not updated so here's an update.
Spoke to the doctor and he thought it sounded like a chemical and ordered a HCG blood test and ultra sound. I don't know exact levels but they were not high enough for the doctor to actually contact me. I have the scan today and the sonographer said there is nothing present. I am still tracking my cycle and I think it is relatively back to normal. It looks like I have O'd a couple of days earlier then normal. I guess we will just keep trying. FS appointment on the 9th Nov so hopefully we will have a better idea of what is going on. Thanks so much for your comments and support.

I used those exact tests that I got off eBay the month before I actually got pregnant, they also gave me positive tests when I wasn't actually pregnant.
