Default Referring to little girls as b**ch

Imagine if we heard children referring to each other as a little b*tch, little b@st@rd, little sh!t.... It would be truly awful. However if they said their friend was being a feral I don't think that's anywhere near as bad.
We shouldn't be using words to describe them that we wouldn't want them repeating or hearing us say, regardless of whether they are listening or not.

It's an awful word to use about anybody, let alone your own child.

Why would you need to use the term 'kid' when you are referring to your son or daughter? It seems impersonal.

I usually refer to DS as my boy, my little boy, or my son.

I don't have any issue with the use of 'kids' for multiple children.
If people heard the way this girl says it I think most would agree, it sounds rough and impersonal. It really doesn't sound nice.

I tend to mostly refer to my children as boys as in "I'm going to pick up the boys"

I used to do that too, until I had both genders. It doesn't work then! haha and Saying 'I'm going to pick up the children' sounds really hoity toity to me, so kids it is. I do understand what you mean though...there are definitely different ways to say 'kids' which can have an impact on the meaning.

B*tch is just not a word I would ever use to describe a child.

    Totally agree - great point.

Imagine if a child started hitting another child just because they did something they didn't agree with..
