Hi everyone since becoming pregnant I feel as though I'm constantly snacking to keep me going through the day! I am 10 weeks and my starting weight was 49kg which has since dropped to 48 despite my constant eating 😳 an example of my average day (today)
Juice and sultana bran
A milo
4 vita weets and peanut butter
A whole mango
Vegetable pastie
Up and Go milk drink
Handful of blueberries
Trail mix bar
Pasta in white sauce with mixed veg
Icecream

With water throughout the day that's pretty average! I feel like it's a lot! Or at least a lot more than I was eating and more frequently. Is it too much?
