Default Can't stop yelling. Please help

I feel like I have no control over my kids. I'm a bit OCD (probably heaps).

DS is almost 2, dd almost 3. She understands and he does too but I don't think to her extent. She will sit in time out but I don't think she understands why even though I explain you had to sit there because you did xyz. I feel my blood boil at everything.

I feel like a horrible mum

Can I please have some tips. They don't respect toys etc they throw food on floor I'm going insane

    Pick your battles.

If they throw food, take it away.

If they break toys, pack them away for a week.

I know it doesn't change anything but it sounds like your two little ones are normal Monnie...throwing food, breaking toys, whinging, demanding. It's a bloody nightmare sometimes. It's so so hard not to yell. I'll post a pic of the book I've been reading. I find it helpful.

No advice but definitely sympathy. I yell a lot. Too much. And I hate it.

I find 1,2,3 wines is far more effective 😉

Just realised I don't know how to upload a photo but the book is called "If I have to tell you one more time...." by Amy McCready.

Google her, she has her own web site.
