    I'm a 4 I think and I'm only just with in the healthy bmi range so I'll say 5 overweight and 6 obese.

    7,8,9 obese

    Depends on height though and body type, if there is more muscle in places. There are many factors really.

    I guess you'll tell us something completely different and we have it all wrong though.
