You certainly don't need to stop eating fruit! The fibre in fruit helps the body to process the fructose effectively. But in moderation. Like, don't go eating 27 oranges in one day That's why they say to stay away from juices though, as one glass of orange juice could contain 8 oranges, and you wouldn't sit down and eat 8 oranges in one go with your breakfast!
Oh yeah 100% agree. I guess I associate fructose with its healthiest form (whole fresh fruits) that it's weird it's "the worst sugar".
High fructose corn syrup and fruit juices are definitely a concern. But aren't things I readily consume.
