I had my OB appt last week and she suggested there is nothing that can be done for RLP, Physio etc wouldn't help as it is the uterus stretching, not related to any instability etc. some people get it, others don't, it's more common in first pregnancies (has been 5 years since my last so perhaps my round ligaments have tightened back up). Essentially I just need to avoid things that make it hurt and running probably isn't the best for it 😂. Of course.
She did say to try the support garment as it might help, I had already ordered one from Queen Bee online and she actually recommended the same one. In case anyone is reading the thread with the same issue I recommend having a look, I got the supportive preggers belly band, it's much firmer than regular belly bands and I do think it helped a little (tested with a short jog).
