Default Same Sex Parents TTC List #3

    Bugger @TortoiseNotTheHare sorry to hear!

But it's good to leave all the cr@p behind in 2015.

Are you doing another transfer immediately or having a little break?

I for one am thrilled that this year is all but over!

We will keep going back to back and so do another transfer in a couple of weeks. We have already decided that if we don't get a BFP with the remaining embryos we will be switching clinics to try a different approach.

2015 has had some great moments but yep definitely happy to have a fresh start in 2016! DP and I have some exciting times ahead so I really want to focus on what's to come not what was... Or never was.

I've decided that hpt are evil though. Two positives that eventuated into a bfn anyway. Ugh!

HPTs are evil, frer seem to be exceptionally sensitive lately which is messing with a lot of people I think.

Good idea about considering switching. Sometimes a fresh approach helps. I hope that will be the case for DP.

As for me, I'm still sniffing Synarel and waiting until Monday for my baseline scan and bloods, if all is good I'll start stimming immediately.

I hope this new stim brings good news for you.

Definitely think that FRERs are hopeless for me! Got a decent line yesterday and today but hcg was only 6! The lines weren't even squinters so I was a little annoyed that I had tested. Progesterone was low this time so at least I won't be late this time!

Can't wait for 2016! This will be our year!

Do you have a pic of them? If so can you pm me on fb? My friend is going through similar, squinters and such, and I think it'll help her if I can say hey, this line was with hcg of 6!

Yep. Tis our year no doubt!

Sorry to hear that, Tortoise. It's so hard. Was that number on BT some left over pregnyl do you think, or did something try to happen?

I really don't think it was the pregnyl because I had the last booster 5 days before and last cycle we tested the first couple of boosters out and they just made it to 3 days. I don't even know what my baseline beta is so have no idea if ninja tried to stick around but I'm glad that we left the bad news in 2015. This year is going to be much better I've decided.

So ladies, opinions. I'd like to focus on losing weight again but we will be moving straight into another FET. Do you think it's dangerous for me to lose weight now/in the TWW?

Depends how...by changing eating habits and exercise, no. Doing a fad diet of some sort, maybe, depending on what it is!
