    I always do 50:50 fruit and veg. For fruit either pineapple, pear or Apple. Veg is either kale or spinach. Plus some water. More of a drink than a meal though.

    Today was 1 cup of baby spinach, 3 pineapple cubes, half a green apple, 1 stick of celery, 4 chunks of cucumber and half a lemon. It was really refreshing.

    Not so green today but I tried a new smoothie.
    1 green apple
    1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
    1 cup of baby spinach
    1 cup of water

    Pretty delicious!
