So I weighed in today even after being so slack and have lost weight ! Wooooo! I did my first work out last night and holy moly I nearly died! But I will do it even if it kills me!

That's great! I had an appalling week and stayed the same weight. Even though it was a bad week it was no way near as bad as what I used to be so it just goes to show that even a few changes can make a difference.

I have completely failed. I haven't followed the workouts for weeks. I am quite disappointed in myself.

Are you following the diet? It's been awhile but when i did it i was told it's 80% diet.
I never actually exercised, (but have a very active job), but strictly followed the 1200 calorie a day diet and lost 8kg in 5 weeks. And fell pregnant as a result!!

    It is very difficult though.
I lost heaps of weight while pregnant due to gestational diabetes. A week after i had my bub i weighed myself and i was 10kg lighter than my.pre pregnancy weight. Unfortunately I've put most of it back on over the past 3 months, so angry with myself. New year, new goals! I'm starting back on the "diabetes diet" as i call it, but not as strict as i was when pregnant. I have to be careful anyway as I'm at a high risk for developing type 2 later on. I will try to eat as healthy as you can, junk in moderation.

I really want to exercise regularly for my mental health as much as losing weight. I was in a really bad place thinking about it last night. I'm a bit more realistic today
