    I give my 4 year old:
    Homemade muffin
    Carrot and cheese sticks
    Cherry tomatoes
    Ham, avocado and cheese wrap
    Dried apricots, sultanas and prunes
    Snow peas
    I try to mix it up each kindy day. 😀
